I have been a professional performing musician for more than 25 years. Performing on corporate events, weddings, church events, recording studios, playing keyboards in several bands over the years. As I have also very much love working and teaching children and adults for 20+ years. It has been a tremendous joy to see how children learn and grow and develop their own music abilities. Over the years I have taught at Ken Stanton, Privately In-Home lessons and taught a music program for 16 years at 5 elementary schools in North Fulton County.
Whether you are playing or listening to music. It always takes you on a journey to different places, it tells a story, you can experience different emotions, music can ease anxiety and depression.
Seeing a student progress into their own skills, knowledge and technique, learning to appreciate their instrument, brings me such a joy and makes me feel honored and grateful to be able to work with your child.
